|
- Price: We offer FOB Price for your reference first, and we will offer you CNF
price if you tell us the destination port.
- Payment: Negotiable.
- Delivery time: Within 28 days after the receipt of L/C or T/T.
- Brands: We supply own brands and OEM service. We will do according to
your requirements.
- Connection pipe: 3 metres for wall split type below 17000BTU, 4 metres for
wall split type above 17000BTU. 5 metres for floor standing type aircons.
- Packing: Every product will be packed in foam first, then in carton box.
- Samples: The sample will be sent out to you within 7 working days after we
receive the payment.
- Operation Manual: We use the owner's & service manual in English without
any brand for you.
- Technology: we study techlogogy from HITACHI & MITSUBISHI, and our factory
has established long and close technology cooperation relation with them
for many years.
- Compressors: We use the compressors of HITACHI brand, etc..
- Quality/Safety Approval: CE, CB, EMC, CCC, ISO 9001, SASO, etc.
- Minimum order quantity: 1X20'FCL.
- Warranty:
A. Five years' warranty for compressors, one year's warranty for the whole
machine unit.
B. We supply spare parts equal to 1% of cargo value free of charge. It's for after sales service.
C.Our agents should do after sales service for the common quality problems.
D. In warranty time, the agents should take photos of the bad parts and the nameplate, then send them to us by email. For common quality problem, we permit our agents to buy new parts in their country after being approved. The agent will submit to us the invoice of parts, and we will pay for it upon receipt of the same. In case of a new order of air conditioner placed by the agent, the value of parts invoice will be deducted from the total of air conditioners invoice. And if it is urgent, we will send out the spare parts to our agent by Courier or Air within 5 days if the free parts are used up.
